2024 provides the current 6 Squadron aviators the privilege to commemorate what was a historic event for both aviation in Australia, but also the Royal Australian Air Force.
Port Hedland International Airport were lucky enough to host the awe-inspiring RAAF-EA 18 Growlers and invited the local community to attend and view these aircraft. The EA-18G Growler is an Airborne Electronic Attack aircraft, designed to support air, land and sea forces by denying, degrading and disrupting broad range of military electronic systems, including radars and communications.
Our local community were excited to meet with the crew and WOW what a turnout there was!
